HDPQ Xplorer 400 Portable & HDPQ Xplorer 400 SP Power Quality Analyzers
The HDPQ Xplorer 400 (portable) and HDPQ Xplorer 400 SP (IP65) power quality analyzers take PQ, Demand and Energy monitoring to new heights by adding 400Hz monitoring capabilities to the already powerful HDPQ Xplorer family. The HDPQ Xplorer 400 is designed for applications such as aviation, naval, military, etc. requiring 400Hz capabilities that are not available in most PQ and Energy analyzers which typically only measure 50/60Hz.
The HDPQ Xplorer 400 family was designed with 400Hz applications in mind, but it is also an all-purpose tool that can be used for any traditional 50/60Hz application. In addition to the 400Hz applications, the HDPQ Xplorer 400 family is perfect for applications such as power quality surveys, voltage and current transient studies, fault recording, inrush, motor testing, harmonic analysis, advanced distortion analysis, demand/energy/load studies, and many more.
The HDPQ Xplorer 400 and HDPQ Xplorer 400 SP are the exact same instrument, but are in different enclosures. The HDPQ Xplorer 400 is a true hand-held portable instrument with a built in 7″, tablet-like touch LCD display. The HDPQ Xplorer 400 SP has the same measurement and communications capabilities, but is housed in an IP65 enclosure without an LCD display, and can also be powered by the circuit being measured. The IP65 enclosure of the HDPQ Xplorer 400 SP greatly expands the applications of the HDPQ Xplorer 400 into outdoor and harsh environments, along with other applications where an LCD display is undesirable.
